About Evergreen Sports Officials
Founded in 2023, the mission of Evergreen Sports Officials (ESO) is to provide our local youth and high school sports communities with certified and well-trained officials.
The nationwide shortage of qualified sports officials has affected countless sports organizations across all levels. Evergreen Sports Officials hopes to change this by putting qualified youth officials into circulation at the local level.
We mentor each ESO trainee and provide the know-how and skills to help all of our participants excel as officials, referees, and umpires.

Meet ESO Founder Phil Mauro
Phil is a Clear Creek High School teacher and Clear Creek Middle School coach.
He also serves as the assistant coach for the Evergreen High School Cougar varsity baseball team. Phil has three sons, James, Frankie, and Austin.
